I had such a blast at the Six Bridge Book Festival, and it was so surreal to have actor Judge Reinhold show up out of the blue to surprise me with a Fast Times at Ridgemont High t-shirt! I still can’t believe that happened. Definitely one of the coolest author events I’ve ever done and one of th most surreal things that has ever happened to me in my life!

I’m incredibly grateful to the Seoul International Writers’ Festival for bringing me to South Korea this month and am thrilled to be doing a number of events at the festival (9/8 - 9/13). Among other things, I’ll be giving a speech at the Opening Ceremony, participating in a one-on-one interview with Eun Heekyung on 9/10, and doing a book talk event on 9/12 with my Korean publisher, Munhakdongne. I’m very excited to be visiting South Korea for the first time and, again, very grateful to the SIWF for bringing me over and hosting me
